Creating a smooth order delivery experience across South-East Asia
I managed a team of product managers and developers at Shippit to deliver a new and improved online order fulfilment system for their client Sephora across South-East Asia.
This included designing and scoping what’s required to enable the Shippit platform to process international pickup and shipping (up until this point Shippit was solely designed for orders shipped from Australia), onboarding international carriers across Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia, as well as development and delivery.
I was responsible to create and meet deadlines, lead the team, scope, test and deliver, as well as communicate with the Singapore-based Sephora team.
The project launched successfully on time.
